Sheena's Baby Massage

Sheena is a Registered Nurse and is passionate about healing and caring for people. By working in the health care sector it has made Sheena aware that it can be frustrating for people, when they have tried different options to try and regain a healthy balance in their lives, physically, mentally and spiritually and having a positive result for a sense of wellbeing. 

Sheena has learnt different holistic approaches to give the client the best results, She is a qualified Infant Massage Instructor as well as having qualifications in Aromatherapy, Kinesiology and Reiki. Infant Massage is very profound in helping parents, grandparents and carers of young children to  learn how to respond to the babys body language with regards to massage and what can help the baby at times of distress when the infant may have colic or constipation, it can aid improved sleep patterns and much more... 

Sheena has discovered that her knowledge and experience of western medicine over the years has enhanced her treatments with clients. Having a knowledge in how Eastern and Western treatments can help clients heal and how they can work in harmony together to bringing about excellent results for clients. Sheena's Healing Hands has been in business for 3 years and has grown from strength to strength by word of mouth with Reiki, Aromatherapy and Kinesiology.

Sheena's Infant Massage Classes provide a supportive environment for parents and carers to learn with confidence the massage techniques to help a baby become relaxed using reflexology points, swedish and indian massage techniques. The courses can be individualised to meet your needs from one on one sessions in your own home to group sessions with the new born baby.
